Our warmup: Breathe and balance

Better breathing leads to better movement, more control, and faster recovery. Balance also plays a critical role in fall prevention by improving posture, stability, and body awareness. 

The workout: Boom, build, and burn

This increases bone-density and strength by challenging your body with jumps, muscle-building repetition work, and controlled isometric holds in key positions crucial for total body stability.
